[Q?]Enough light for 2 veg. plants?

    I have 2 40w cool white florescent tubes.

    They are over 2, 1 week old plants.

    The room size is 6ft tall x 2.5ft wide x 2.7ft wide.

    Is this a enough light for the veg. stages?

    yes if placed correctly how far are they from plants they should be really close

    Both plants are about 1 inch from the tubes.
