Im a little behind on this but rather start now than never, and this is a good opportunity for me to get help with problems i wouldnt see throughout the whole grow. Seeds are White Widow XXL (2) by Dinafem, and while they are only seedlings, they are being grown in a glass greenhouse, however im moving them to a PVC one due to complications, ill be using 3 gallon pots once they reach about day 7 (unless this is too long/short). Unfortunately i mistakenly put blood and bone meal pellets in the soil, and as a way to deal with this ill make a void in the middle and place nutrient free soil (about a gallon or just over) into it. This is my first grow so im hoping everything goes well lol. These pictures are from day 1 through 5, and from this point on ill post daily. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Sent from my SM-G935F using Grasscity Forum mobile app
'....Unfortunately i mistakenly put blood and bone meal pellets in the soil,' Dead before you start ...way too hot imo: extract and replace the soil with fresh cut with 25% perlite use the nuted stuff later on top once established say 1-2 month hence good luck
Organic sinse said the void in the middle would suit it, but i was thinking that anyway tbh, thanks. Sent from my SM-G935F using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Same here lol. Good luck Bro. What part of the world are you growing in???? I'm thinking about doing a setup like this. Sent from my SM-G900FD using Grasscity Forum mobile app

Its been a while and somewhere along the line one of the plants was knocked and uprooted, i put it back in soil but the root shock killed it, other one is okay though Sent from my SM-G935F using Grasscity Forum mobile app

So final entry, my first attempt at a grow gas almost certainly ended in failure... the one last living seedling was knocked over by the wind im guessing when the greenhouse was blown over, suffocating her in soil for god knows how long, uprooting her, and now most likely she will die from root shock like her sister, i tried burying the stem a little for support and watering her, but i feel as though its too late. With only 4 seeds left i have 2 more attempts to get this right. Very disheartening end to a first grow unfortunately. Sent from my SM-G935F using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Well damn. So much for final entry, the stem to my last entries plant had snapped, it had been uprooted and buried under soil for all day, and i was certain it was dead, so i put it in the soil and supported it up the stem with soil and dumped tons of water on it just for the sake of it. Lo and behold, i come back 3 days later after my two other seeds have germinated, and its got new growth, and thriving. So i guess i have 3 plants now Sent from my SM-G935F using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Yh pretty decently, surrounded by thick forest and nettles. Honestly though it feels so slow and behind, like for an auto its almost at the end of week 3 and I genuinely cant even imagine it having one bud grow, it looks like everyone else's at week 1. The cotyledons are yellowing as they should, but apart from that the plant seems to simply get taller, and the leaves wider, but no new ones. Just worries me. Second one popped up however third never did though, so maybe that'll do better? Or maybe im expecting too much lol Sent from my SM-G935F using Grasscity Forum mobile app
As stupid as it probably was, i took them out the soil briefly so as to add verm, and then placed them back in, it was gently done, no obvious root damage, and its technically in the same soil, Just with the verm added, so no change in environment for the roots to experience shock. Smallest plant is now on day 7. I have a blue cheese germinating aswell, which ill plant immediately.
Another update, I reckon their size is due to lack of light, so I've moved them into direct sunlight, any rain we get will be light, and other than that it's pure sun.
Your best decision was taking them out of that hotbox of a mini greenhouse and giving them some air and rain and sunlight
Indeed michganman. No airflow was immediately what sprang to my mind. As well as too hot daytime temps.
Do you have final pictures? I'm growing the same one. How long did yours spend in flowering stage? As mine in week 5 and still no buds formed, so I'm guessing it will take 5 more weeks
