Hi guys I've just germed a white widow auto seed and it has its first set of true leaves for a couple of days now, she's been under a 50w (real watts) led panel up around 10cm above until now and I was wondering if now would be a good time to put her under the mars 300? I have started my first grow 3 weeks ago and put my white widow under a mars pro 320 first week in, I kept them about 3ft away and Both switches on.. I have had some problems.l but that was PH related...I have been told keep for about 2-3 weeks under CFL and others says it's fine... this is mine at 11 days

Should be good bro ! This is my first grow and like I said man about 3ft away no probs.. have read that it it's too hot for your hand then it's to hot for the little one...
My biggest complaint when I was still using cfls was leaf burn to maximize the cfl light you need to keep them very close, i am still a working stiff and when dialed in some plants grow up into the lights during the day while i was away, once the seedlings start growing inches a day its time to move them under the big lights IMO.?

Hi kushypie, You can put your plant under the Mars 300 now, keep the light above the plant about 24"-30"(60cm-76cm)
