I started a bunch of Northern Lights #5, and got poor germination, and when sexing, it appeared that all were male. I was growing two for pollen colection to cross with, when I noticed pistils in the lower nodes. If this has hermied from stresses, is it a female that grew male, or a male that went female? Probably a female that went male. (humans go from male to female) So, how can I push it back to female? I'm dying to cross NL5 with NL5 as well, to get future NL5 seed. Right now, I have trimmed the balls off the top, and put it into 24 hrs. Will this do? I wonder if I threw out NL5 females just because they had balls? CSC
breeders have a chemical they use to turn their male into a female but i dont know if you can get this .i forget what the chemical is called .
it is part hermi all ready and you dont want to make any thing with it throw it out! unless u want that in your blood line later down the road.Sorry
