Hi, havent grown before, looking to start, wanna do a stealth SOG hydro grow in a cabinet, but anyways, what kinda pumps do I need? And filter? Im just a tad confused here....

Ya, Ive been doing a bit of research and I realized that and was like damn it lol I suppose ebb and flow, I was hoping to do three 2x2 trays of four plants, so id need two trays in one reservoir(flowering) and one in another(veg). I also guys ill just make a bubble hydro bucket for my clones? How does that sound? What are my alternatives?
That system sounds great! You'll want a different pump for each stage of growth. So 2 pumps, maybe one 400GPH pump for the flowering, and then a 250GPH for veg. You could probably do less GPH on both, but I like to be safe. Sure To Grow has a youtube series that explains each of the Hydroponic Systems, how they work, and how to build them. Figure out what you want to do, and then research several different ways people build the system so that you have an adept understanding of how it works and how to build one.
