Like with all vaporizers, you'll have to try different puffing techniques and see which one works best for you. I often find the user' manuals a waste of paper, unless you get an high tech digital model where you can't even find the switch ;-) Just puff your new toy!
after first couple days it got allot better. i recommend packing it JUST below the grey silicone above the gold plated chamber and having the dial at 6-8. first 3 rips are all taste and little vapor. once you feel the warmth on your hand there will start to be clouds. good-luck, its allot of fun to figure out. EDIT: i packed it enough to feel the spring under the cap have resistance against your blend.
