What kind of genre are you into? when I was gigging we focused on blues instrumentals with a spattering of vocals Crossraods-Eric Clapton Hideaway-Eric Clapton, the Bluesbreakers San Ho-Zay-Freddie King Whipping Post-Allman Brothers Band Hot 'Lanta-Allman Brothers Band In Memory of Elizabeth Reed-Allman Brothers Band (used to play a fifteen minute jam on this to close out) This was more or less the set list for the year and a half my band was actively gigging. We'd play for an hour, hour and a half tops. Start out strong and segue into the jams.
