Guild by earlsweatshirt and Mac miller is dece. A lot of earls new album Doris and macs newest album watching movies with the sound off are both very psychedelic with nice flowy beats and rhymes. They are both hip hop artist but are both very into well put together production and it makes for a sweet combination.

yeah massive attack does that pretty well and so do a few other trip hop bands/artists, maybe kid cudi, i wonder if tricky will fit your desires. tricky-maxinquaye or find some outkast that's all i know that can fit your needs.
