They keep making children though. Maybe put on an extravagant show to make them all think rapture has come, then just drug them and sterilize them all? I dunno, I just truly hate people like that. Worship whatever invisible thing you want, but don't go pushing your bullshit on everybody else.
Well, if the past is any indication of the future, the children will leave. That family has at least 4 estranged kids, maybe more, due to the cruelty of the elders in the family. I guess beatings and abuse is commonplace in their home, so if these kids grow up to be smart at all, they'll leave before they get seriously hurt. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what happens as time goes on.
