Protein Shake Recipes

  1. Cool, I'll try em. The peanut butter blast sounds good.
    But for the most part I stick with this:
    1-1.5 scoops of whey
    12-16oz white milk
  2. I prefer the good old standby:

    1 cup milk
    2 scoops meatloaf
    3 scoops chicken nuggets
  3. You forgot the raw eggs.

    And nice post op. I'm a little dude that's been trying to bulk up, but I've been mixing my protein with milk and it sucks. Maybe one of these drinks will make it an easier task.

  4. Yeah personally I'm not a fan of the default taste (just the powder+water or milk), I like to mix other stuff in.
  5. I think the powder+milk tastes tolerable once you get used to it...and I'm real picky with stuff like that.
    Oh well, to each his own. I might try some of these recipes soon.
  6. I used to make them before school sometimes back in highschool :)

    I used about 3/4ths a glass of soy milk, some whey protein, strawberries and banana. Ice of course. Om nom!

    (Now that I typed that all out, I see that you posted a recipie for it, haha)
  7. what i did when i had some(ran out like 3 weeks ago and am poor) what i did was
    1/2 scoop of the protein
    2-3 spoon fulls of peanut butter/nutella
    12 oz of milk
    and either blend in a blender or my blender bottle.
