I've always wondered why prostitution is illegal. Man pays woman for sexual services -- gets busted for hiring a woman for sex. Men pays woman for the filming of sexual services, AKA pornography -- makes a profit from the service by selling it online -- doesn't get arrested. So if you are looking for a prostitute just bring a camcorder... you don't even have to turn it on really if you don't want to. Just set it up in front of the bed or counter or pool table or jacuzzi or on the hood of a car or basically anywhere where a porno could be filmed. I'm not sure but I do think porno actresses cost more than prositutes, but thats beyond the case. This should theoretically get you out of a police sting as long as you're asking her to star in an adult film, the female cop will simply deny your request and find a not so clever gentleman to bust. Anyone have some official information on this?

That makes sense. I don't know anything officially tho. I remember watching manswers a while back and they said to ask the lady if she will pose for naked pictures. It's not illegal apparently and a cop obviously wouldnt do it but a prostitute would.
Im pretty sure you have to sign a contract for pornos. In all of my hundreds of years of watching porn Sometimes ive seen in the beginning it says where it was recorded, how much she got paid and a bunch of other shit. But im almost certain they have to sign something saying they agree and there legal age. Thats why some porn is illegal because its underage like baby porn.
Yea it seems like there are a few ways to fuck with cops trying to do undercover stings. I would just be like ill give you a buck to show me your tits and then after she did that (I dont think sows(female pigs) would expose themselves) I would inquire about intercourse.
I had the same idea except it was for a business. You pay a company to provide a porn star and you get to shoot your own porn video. It's basically like paying a pimp to have sex with a hooker except this would be legal.
It's illegal (this is just my guess) because most hookers/prostitutes use their money to buy drugs and who knows whatelse..Human risk's are also included and in porn you need to sign paperwork to get into the industries.
In holland if you get caught pissing on the street you can say you were wanking and you will be fined something like €25 instead of €75... But yeah like other people have said, porn requires a bunch of paperwork and permits, ho'ing only requires money. However i assume it would be okay if the fine woman/man/herma you are paying will tell the police that it was consentual/ no money was exchanged. I think its legal to take nude photos of a "model" for your personal use. Its not really a loophole since its two completely different things, once you have physical contact its not modeling anymore
It's because your not paying another person for sex, like prostitution is. Your directing a film of sex and your paying the actors. If you just walked up to someone and said "hey I'll pay you 300 bucks to fuck me on camera" it's still prostitution.
