I was absolutely DELIGHTED when I saw that this had passed. Out of all the props brought forth, this was by far the most important. I was wondering if this would work retroactively, and it looks like it does. Thank GOD. Not for me, but for every single person who is rotting in prison where they have no business being.
I have three wobbler felonies from 2008 that will hopefully go away because of this. I've worked so fucking hard to pick up the pieces from when I was young and destructive. Still young, just less destructive with more grey hair.
