Proper fertilizer

So i have indoor soil-less media plants....everything works good with tap water. I would like to increase my yield with fertz...i work a farm with a hydro tomato greenhouse, runs the same soil-less media...it has a combination of epsom salt, calcium nitrate, potassium nitrate (doubled) and "chem-gro" 4-18-38. They follow the "chem-gro" tomato batch and follow it to the "T" and are mixed into 2 seperate tubs. Nitrates together and everything else together. pH is adjusted to 6.2. I run all the mixing and the greenhouse. I feel like this is dumb question, but id rather be safe than sorry when it comes to any plant. Just wondering if its worth helping myself to the overflo...
