Alright if prop 203 passes and i get my mmj card. im allowed my own personal 12 plants 3 times per year, aslong as i live 25 miles away from the nearest dispensary, which i will.would i be able to some be like a care giver or something and sell to dispensaries? legally?
I live in Az and I'm doing much of the same research. 25mi is a large area to cover the only way you would be able to grow is if you lived in the boonies or an area where there is no interest for a person to operate a dispensary. Best thing to do is go to google maps and find your house and draw a 25mi circle around it. Also this website went up http://azmedicalpot.com/ some time ago and it has some great info but since I haven't read the bill myself take what it says there as info you need to look up in the bill.
Read the entire bill, be aware of any dispensaries (there will be maximum 120 for the state) around your house, and grow modestly, within the law. Minimize, carbon filter, never talk about it and keep some printed papers and medical records posted up. Good luck, if it passes!
thank you everyone for the good feedback well appreciated, although i also wanted to know if trasactions with dispensaries are made just by walking in and talking to them? or would i need to obtain some sort of license like someone else said?
I asked what it took to become a dispensary a while back.
