Hello everyone, I'm going to go out and purchase a bail of ProMix BX from Agway for my next grow and go back to chemical ferts which i think is easier, at least i know how much of what the plants are getting. I'm currently growing in Peat, with mushroom compost, humus, bone meal, blood meal, Epsom salts, garden lime and have been struggling with lower runoff ph then i would like, no matter what i do i can't get the runoff to come up and over 5.8-6.0 and my baby's are showing signs of a lack of calcium. Yes, i have added extra Epsoma Garden Lime, maybe i should go and get some Dolomite Lime powder? I'm going to go and get some Cal/Mag and give it a try. So back to the Promix BX, is there a need to add any lime before filling the buckets and soaking the soil-less mix? Thanks
