hey guys i jsut recently bought a 175 watt metal haloid of a friend and when i got home to try it out with my brand new balb it didnt work. someone tl=old me that it could be the starter (the uilver thing in the box) that needs replaced do i replaced that and it still doesnt work does ne one have ne suggestions of what could be wrong
do you have any pictures of it? sorry, im kinda confused as to what kind you are talking about. how much did you pay? _B_
