Problems with crackers

So I've been off of the herb for a while (about 2 months), but I've been thinking lately that I might want to try it again. I think I'd like to try something different, so that gave me the idea that perhaps I should try some sort of edible concoction.

I have attempted to make crackers in the past, but it didn't seem to work very well. I don't remember exactly how I did it, but basically I took some crackers, coated them with peanut butter, and then sprinkled some herb on there. Then I cooked them, let them sit for a while, and ate them. For one thing, it didn't seem like the herb cooked in there very much, even though I followed the instructions I found exactly. I could taste it, and I could also feel the texture of it in my mouth. Secondly, they didn't get me very high. I ate a few, waited a couple hours, even smoked some, and I still wasn't very high.

So what do you think I did wrong? As I said, I followed the instructions I found exactly (a youtube video, I forget which one). Perhaps I wasn't using the correct amount or parts of the herb. I assume you should use mostly bud, right? If I'm making crackers, how much should I put on each cracker? Is there a specific way you're supposed to prepare it before putting it on the cracker, like grind it or something? When I did it before I didn't grind it. I think if I were to make crackers again I'd probably make Nutella crackers.

What about if I wanted to make brownies instead? Any tips? Any recommendations for good guides out there?

  2. I would say try again with directions, but there are some people who edibles simply don't work for.

  3. I want you to give my guide a go. I have yet to have any complaints :)

To view my guide, just click my sig picture. Be sure to THOROUGHLY follow the directions. If you do this, you will get great, strong, working firecrackers every time!

  4. How important is it that it's ground up? I ask because I don't currently have a grinder.

Also, I'm a bit confused - is that describing how to make only one firecracker? If so, what would be different if you wanted to make several at once?

  5. Ground up is pretty important, allows for more surface area to contact peanut butter and aids in absorbtion. If you don't have a grinder, just cut your herb using sharp scissors inside a shot-glass. Won't get it powdery but is likely better than your fingers.

The tut describes how to make a single 1 gram firecracker. To make more, just repeat the steps. You also don't have to use full gram crackers, you can condense into half crackers or smaller crackers [like ritz or saltines] as long as you follow the steps. If you want to make multiple crackers that equal 1g, just put like 3.3 on one cracker, 3.3 on another, and 3.3 on another. Basically a 1g firecracker.
