problem with seedlings

My seedlings are turning yellow. I've got them in oraganic soil, no nutes yet. They are growing way slower than my other plants have. I have them each under their own cfl with a shoplight above them. Anyone have any clues as to whats going on? They're are 2 weeks old and are just starting on their 2nd set of leaves and are about 2 inches tall.
