Problem with order!!

  1. the other night I placed an order for 2 bowls, and a pack of screens. The total price came out $30.82 with a small shipping and handling fee.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /><o:p></o:p>
    <o:p> </o:p>
    When I first entered the information, I put my name (along with my address, phone number, etc..) for the shipping address. Then for the billing information, I put my mothers name (who is the cardholder) , the card #, security number, and all the other stuff. I clicked address is the same as the shipping and then placed the order.<o:p></o:p>

    After waiting a few minutes, It said payment not accepted.<o:p></o:p>
    <o:p> </o:p>
    So I went back, re-filled up my cart and filled everything in again. Except this time, for the shipping address I put the exact same info that I put for the billing address. The order went through with no problems. <o:p></o:p>

    About ten or so minutes later, I went to check my order, it stated that I placed 2 orders. Which is really wierd because i only got 1 automated email(thats from the one that said payment went through) and also i was only brought to the screen where i can print my order information one time!

    yesterday i went and checked the credit card statement, and it went through and was paid for 3 times! what the heck is going on!?!

    I want to keep my order, but not get 2 or 3 of the same orders!!

    I wrote to support/called support and i havnt gotten a reply yet!

    WHAT SHOULD I DO!!

  2. just wait untilk tuesday for support, it's a holiday here on monday in the netherlands
     
  3. so i got no worries in terms of them getting processed and shipped out?!

    and i will be able to get this problem with the payments corrected?
     
  4. yes amd everything paid to much will be refunded, as long as you have mailed to suppor or have used the online support pages, this is not the place to get support (making an exception for you ;-) , this time)

  6. this suck tho now because sence no one in customer support ever responds/calls back, the account was overdrawn because of an error on this systems part now i have to pay a good amoutn of $$ to make this thing right..

    i dont understand how, it said payment not accepted 3 damn times, but goes thru 3 times?

    this sucks

    i just want my damn bowl
