PROBATION! Sorry, no more med-cards! wtf??

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by ryder87, Jun 8, 2009.

  1. Hi everyone.. I have had my medical card since I'd say 05', and I didn't get it re-issued at the end of 07'. Just recently I called a local medical clinic get my card again and after setting my appointment he asked me if i was on probation. And yes, I told him, I am on probation, not for any drug/possession or weed charges though and he said that does matter now. And that even informal probationers.. i.e. you would recieve for not wearing your seatbelt and missing court.. would also exempt you from attaining a med card??? wtf? Now.. I verified this with my probation officer in LA county cause I am on testing now (high alert) and he told me if I get the card I can therefore smoke and he would write it off as my doctors advisory. But the dude on the phone told me there not giving them to ANYONE on probation, except CERTAIN clinics are working around it with people on probation. Now... does anyone know of THESE clinics?? or does it even matter and do I not have to tell them I'm on probation and how would these medical marijuana places know anyways?? if anyone has any input or ideas or knows of these 'probation friendly' clinics in the Los Angeles area, please help. THANKS MUCH. j

  2. wtf....thats so stupid

imagine a man needs say high blood pressure medication, but he is on parole. the pharmacy refuses to give him his meds

i'm so sick of medical marijuana not being treated as medicine!!

  3. Dude, just call back later and act like somebody else. When he asks if your on probation say no.

Edit: Nevermind...just realized that would be illegal.

  4. That is a shitty law, they need to treat it as medicine....
