Probation Random Drug Tests

    Do they exist for minors?

    My little nephew and I have been smoking together for ages now but he is recently had a run in with the law and is on probation, with 30 days in advance, if gets in trouble again. My main question is, does his PO have the right to random drug test him without him agreeing to it earlier? If they can, can they drug test him at any random time?

    He has never had any run in with the law with any sort of narcotic in the past.

    Of course. They can drug test him whenever they want without warning.
