This is my first time posting here: I recently got an MIP and will (depending on strictness of probation) very likely have to blow for my BAC on random mornings and get random drug tests. Problem is, the day I'm scheduled to start probation is the same day as the Phish concert I've been dreaming of going to all summer. I plan on following the probation rules to the letter and not drinking or smoking during the time, but I'm very afraid of secondhand inhaling the weed smoke that I know will be present and copious during the concert. Furthermore this would cause me to fail the first drug test they give me and even go to jail. Is this a realistic worry? Should I sell my ticket to one of my friends or risk a next day drug test and go to the concert? Are there any solutions that I'm missing? Please help!
i would say it is possible, but i think if you dont smoke and just say there is a chance i might fail, he can judge if thats accurate by how many particals are in your system.
