Hey guys. I will be having a court date soon for a possession of marijuana charge in my University of Michigan Dorm room. I was wondering if others have been in similar situations in or out of Michigan, and how probation conditions have worked. This is my first time drug offense, so I'm fairly certain that I will be eligible for the 7411 provision at the least. I have heard that Ann Arbor courts are pretty lenient when it comes to probation conditions. My concern is that I will be going home for the summer, and I will also be interning at a state that is different from my home and from michigan. IF my probation involves testing, then I'm not really sure how I am going to go about being tested and all that when I'm moving between three different places. Any comments would be helpful.
