Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by Scozyboyz, Jul 31, 2017.

  1. okay so I need answers I get off probation on September 7th but my last probation visit is aug 3rd would I be able to smoke after aug 3rd since I don't have to go back up to the probation office? I just want to know so I don't fucc myself because I'm so close to getting off! Oh and would I have to go up to the court after my last probation visit???
Please give me some good answers or advice.

  2. don't smoke until you have papers in hand meaning 10000% of and out of the system...show up your last day clean cut well dressed (maybe even carrying a book) ...your too close to fuck up...DON'T RISK..it...I've heard of horror stories the last week of 4 years of prob. and the Fuckers want to surprise test you saying some results are inconclusive..

which legally gives them the right to surprise you....DON'T fuck up...your almost home..

    good.luck

  3. How do I get those papers saying that I'm off?? Do I get them on September 7th the real day I'm supposed to be off

  4. yup ...when you walk out of the courtroom for the last time...you will get papers confirming your release and the conditions of the release....don't smoke till then ...I'd maybe even roll in those papers and smoke that!! ..but until you have that in hand...don't smoke...as the state CAN issue a bullshit test saying the last was inconclusive....then you have 24 hours to show up to a lab of Thier choice and piss clean....ALOT OF ppl get caught like that...it's the thrill of winning and the agony of defeat..
all within a few seconds....DON'T fuck up...
    good luck

  5. Depending on where you are and which court the papers may be called different things. In California (if they don't just give you the paperwork) head over to the court clerk afterwards and get a copy of your court "minutes". Again that may be called other things in other courts. Sometimes your jacket, transcript, etc. Either way the court clerk should be able to print out everything in regards to your case.

  6. Yea I'm in Houston Texas a lot have people told me they just get it in the mail

  7. Maybe. Guess the courts in Houston are pretty accommodating. If they don't or if you need them quickly you should still be able to have a clerk print everything.

  8. Never been on probation.

I completely understand everyone saying to wait until you get your papers and I gotta agree. BUUUUT if it's like 3 months and you still don't got em, I say light up fam.

For parole my po dropped me(actually a miracle I passed), told me he'd never see me again and to not catch another case before I get my papers. I got my papers like 6 months after I never saw my PO again. That'd be a lot of lost smoking time.

    Your call yo.
