Probation Evaluation - Please help!!

    I found out that I have to go to a rehab facility to get a drug evaluation for probation in a week. Does anyone here who has been on probation know if you get drug tested in the evaluation? When I called and made the appointment, they stopped me and made sure it was for probation. I got an evaluation 2 years ago and they didn't drop me but I admitted to it then. I quit smoking two days ago after steady daily smoking for awhile. I'm really skinny with almost no fat, so I can probably pass, but I'm still worried.

    Please help if you can!

    It's different from place to place.

    Your best bet is to talk to an attorney about the terms of your probation, the nature of the assessment you're about to undergo, etc.

    If you're on probation, I assume you've already dealt with an attorney of some sort, public defender or private counsel, and that's probably the best place to start.
