Probation & and Medicinal Marijuana

    I am current on probation for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana and cocaine) and i was wondering since i get drug tested would i be allowed to be a patient and consume medicinal marijuana.

    you can. you can say your defense was the whole reason you used marijuana to begin with was for medical relief(you need to have this additude) and if you are ever in trouble you can invoke ASA's people v tillehkooh defense.

    yes you may still use the marijuana because of your medical card but about the possession of cocaine i cant help you there
