Probably Spider-Mites? Pest ID request

    My little plants are 3-4 weeks old and they recently have become infested with white spots in the leaves and black little bugs or something in the under them. I think their spider-mites but I heard their supposed to be red/yellow spots not black?

    Anyways here are the pics.

    All help is really appreciated!

    Yessir that's mites, get some mighty wash and you should be ok

    Im not from the US and they dont sell that where I live. Any other tips?

    Neem oil mixed 1.5 tsp of dish washing liquid to one oz of oil in a gallon of water.

    You can also use a shop vac to suck the majority off first
