    OK.HERE IS THE DEAL I TOOK A PRE EMPLOYMENT FOR A COMPANY THAT DID CONTRACT WORK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY.. I FAILED 1 MONTH LATER I GOT A JOB THROUGH ANOTHER EMPLOYER THAT DOES CONTRACT WORK FOR THE SAME COMPANY NOT TOOK MY TEST YET. COMPANY 1 SAYS SINCE IT WAS A PRE EMPLOYMENT THEY DONT TELL THE MAIN COMPANY IF IT WAS IN THE FIELD YES THEY WOULD. COMPANY 2 USES SAME LAB AS COMPANY 1 IF I PASS THE TEST FOR COMPANY 2 WILL THE LAB REPORT THAT FAILED FOR COMPANY 1 .. AS OF NOW THE MAIN COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW OF COMPANY 1 PRE EMPLOYMENT FAIL ?

    You know what could have prevented all of this??? Stop smoking for a few weeks.

    If your bio picture is real, and that is your daughter, you should have quit for that little girl so you can support your family.

    And i still make 100 k a year so thats not the point. My question was can they report prior results .

    How are you making 100k when you're jobless?

    Nobody here can answer your questions about the inner workings of said company. Go call a lawyer, you make a hundred grand, you can afford it.

    I don't make 100k a year and I have a lawyer on retainer.

    No one said i didn't have a job i said i took a pre employment for a contractor i am an independent. Why would i call my attorney. I was looking for people with experience With this . working in natural resources you have to take a pre employment everytime you go on a new companies property for the first time.

    How could anybody possibly know the inner workings of this company without knowing the name, and what it does etc?

    Do you know how the company I work for functions? Or what it does? Of course not. That's why you should call a lawyer. You came here asking for help with the vaguest questions I've seen in a while.

    Thanks for your civility. Like i said an attorney knows the law not what real life experiences do. It was more of i know they cant butttt has it happen to you type question without inserting any type of powers of suggestions.
    We both know people do what they wantvwhen they want regardless of rules or procedures.
