    How much do you guys usually pay for 2 grams of dank bud? I know an 8th is like
    $50? So would $40 be too much for 2 grams?

    to get 2g half the price of the 1/8 and then add abit

    Normal dealers don't give you the bulk deal for small orders

    1/8 is 50 but 2gs would be 40 unless you have a chill dealer

    2g should be 30 for most people $15/g is pretty standard for what I've seen.

    Location, location.

    2 grams costs anywhere from $20 (Cali) to $40 (NY). Even cheaper in Canada.

    yeah, it all depends... id say if hes going to see you 2 for 40 you might as well pony up and get the 8th for 10 more... I get an 8th of dank for 40/mids for 20ish here in Ontario. So, it is all location. I would never pay more than 20 for two grams but thats just my market.
