    I'm guessing he doesn't have a credit/debit card and wants to order online.

    Visa prepaids work, just make sure it can be used for international orders if you're ordering from GC.

    Go to a store and buy a prepaid credit card. There near all the other gift cards.

    Visa gift cards usually have the max value (usually $500) on them with a 5 buck activation fee. Get one of those and make sure you go to the website on the back and register your zip code and it should work.
