Premature buds?

    So I picked up some no name dank and idk if it's premature or not. It has a weird smell. Can't really describe how it smells. I know that one way to see if the bud is ready, is to try to snap the stem. I've done that and the stem doesn't snap so I'm assuming it premature. What do you guys think I should do?

    I think it's just a little fresh of the plant and hasn't had time to cure properly, that's probably the weird smell you're smelling, because i've smelt it before also, its totally fine to smoke man. Is it a little damp and sticky?

    Smoke some of it and figure it out, It's not like it's gonna kill you or anything it just means someone chopped early and missed out on some potency/yield (if they are premature).

    Not cured properly. Maybe let it sit out until you go to bed and then throw it in a jar with the lid on. Burp it a couple times a day and it will probably be good in a day or so.
    Does it smell similar to a flower?

    No it isn't damp nor sticky.

    I know it won't kill me. And I have smoked some of it. Pretty good high. Just curious about the smell and if it's premature or not.

    I sat it out for maybe an hour tops but I'll do it a little longer. And yeah I guess you can say it smells like a flower

    Do just what I said and it will be fine. Let it sit until you go to bed, then jar it up. Doesn't look premature man.

    Again, does it kinda smell like a flower?

    If it gets you good and high, it's not premature.
    If, after smoking, you don't feel hardly anythign at all, then it's premature.
    Or jsut has really bad genetics.

    Edit: Just looked at pics. THat bud is NOT premature. If it doesn't get you high its cuz of bad genetics.

    thats not premature bud its probably just not cured right and hasnt been stored properly
