Pre-harvest flush in Coco???

  1. I've grown for a while but this is my first time with Coco. I have 2 big girls in 4 gal pots. They are close to harvest but I'm curious if anyone can recommend a good technique to flush the nutrients out if the coco.

In my experience with DWC and bubble buckets, I run R/O water with 2 tsp/gal of Florakleen for about 6 hours and repeat again with fresh water. Then I give them 3 more days with a very light bloom solution (250 ppm). This gives me a great taste and I have made the mistake of cutting without a flush and it was a terrible flavor.

I have a friend that uses a Sunshine mix and he gets good results with leaching about 10-15 gal of R/O water and Florakleen for each plant. Then giving them 7 more days and only feed R/O until harvest.

    Any suggestions?
