Pre flowers or not?

Discussion in 'First Time Marijuana Growers' started by Fliiix, May 13, 2018.

  1. Hello, this is my female plant which is about 4-5 weeks old. I have a question, is this pre-flowers or not?
I've been running this plant under 18/6 and it's not from a auto-flowering seed.

I'm about to change pot for this plant and i just want to make sure this plant is not flowering for some weird reason.

    Thanks

  2. Looks like its flowering to me. That right there is a bud growing not a pre flower. Where did you get the seeds and what strain? Possibly could have had a seed get mixed up at the seed bank

Omg... this make me a bit sad... i was going to veg it for much more longer and that's the strongest plant of them all.....

The strain is Blueberry 420 from Bulldog - Buy Cannabis Seeds :: Blueberry 420
Edit: It looks like it's crossed with Ruderalis so i guess it's a auto-flowering seed?? Even tho they told me at the store that it was NOT auto-flowering seeds... I even topped the plant and stressed the shit out of it..

  4. yep plants in flower ...how many hours light were you giving the plant in veg you need at least 18 hours light really to veg a plant ,,,any thing say under 16 hours light or underthe plant will start flowering ..mac..

  5. It is an auto flower. This is right from your posted link.
    BLUEBERRY 420
BLUEBERRY x LIGHT OF JAH x
    CANADIAN RUDERALIS.
It doesn't say auto in the name but the crossing with ruderalis makes it an auto. It is also listed when searching for Autos. It also has the female symbol with an arrow on the circle part of the symbol signifying that its an auto.

  6. are you sure its not an Auto seed you planted ,did you buy the seed as a single seed or did you buy a packet of seeds ,,,some times when people buy single seed they some times get mixed up by mistake by the seller ,,mac,

  8. Look at the bright side, it'll be done A LOT quicker than if it wasn't an auto :yay:

  9. Haha ye it's my mistake, if i knew it was an auto then i would never top the plant...

One last question, will this pot be enough for just this auto, or will the yield be smaller? Because i don't really feel like change the pot for it now when it's already in blom.

I have some other autos that i will be using 9L pots for.

  10. 9 litre is only a little over 2 gallons. That's small. Especially if they are plastic pots. Fabric pots are more forgiving when using a smaller size because of air l pruning. I see issues of them being rootbound in the future.

  11. Alright thank you. I just bought some PLANT!T DIRT POTS 17L and some 9L that will arrive in a couple of days.
But i mean just for this plant that's already bloom. Is it important to change pot for it? Because i guess i will just stress the plant even more if i change pot. And i already failed with it because i did not know it was an auto and i topped it so the plant is really small.

I was thinking of just using the pot that it's already in and then use larger pot for my other plants.
