Yeah they wipe out all insects - I have 3000 lady bugs breeding in my flower room and some where in my veg room - a friend got me this mantis and I put it in there and now it has laid eggs - now a few weeks to hatch and then I will get rid of most of the young to friend around here - the young are real mite harvesters and should completely clean the room. - best part is the egg case is on one of my mothers so I dont have to mess up my cycle or chop that top to keep the eggs - I will leave it till they hatch then chop and trim that shoot....
as said above they r big carnivores and will devour any other insect, the mother will eat her young, do they turn herbivorous with no insects to feed on.?
