A generator to power a couple cfl bulbs. Battery powered LED headlamps aimed at your plants. Flashlights aimed at the plants. Basically anything to keep them on the same light schedule is important, and as long as temps don't get real cold like they would in winter.
Funny...my power has been on and off a couple of times tonight too due to storms blowing through. I think you are worried about nothing. I have been without power for 12hrs in a DWC grow before and the plants never skipped a beat.
