I will be gone for 8-9 days and bought some "spa pots" that have a reservoir below the pot to keep water in and let the soil take it from the base. It also allows for dranage to guard against overwatering. Will this be good enoiugh to keep the plants alive for 8-9 days. I also plan on watering them well before leaving and not just adding to the base. The plants are 2 weeks old Let me know if you think this will work out.... I dont have time for a drip system etc.
i use pots with reservoir and i love them, but as for the water it depends on the amount your plants drink a day...mine drink about 1 liter per day which is one reservoir a day...but they are big as hell though...if yours are still small and are not too much on the surface, a full reservoir might be enough. i just dont know if litle ones can suck water
