Pot siZe for sips

    I’m changing my grow bed as it sat in a pool thats got holes in
    So going to make it more of a sip with a real container on base

    howmuch soil do I need per plant ? I’m breaking a big bed to smaller pots
    Adding airation and amendments will be from seed 6week veg

    add perlite and or vermiculite 5 gallon pots should be fine for 6 week veg depending on how many lights and how many plants i started out in 5 gallons now i use 10 gallon pots

    I grow 8 plants uNder 3x hlg350r
    Aim for 1500g now mealy do well don’t wanna loose that haha atm I put 4 in a 240l bed

    Sips seems easy and did work easy for me in the garden
    Whereas my blue mats have either dried out at times or flooded the pots just sick of having to re dial them in cause my tubs ran dry
    Sips how I run them holds a lot more water too the blue res is only 40litres
    Where as my sip method has 20l per plant in the base and then a 40l res so doesn’t dry up as much

    the returns off the sip seem nuts
