just picked up three of these pots at wal mart ive never seen them before but they are self watering are these ok to transplant into / anyone had experience with these before?.. "1.Place potting soil into the bottom of your eazy-gro planter. pack firmly and then place your plant and add additional soil in the planter to fill to the desired level 2.wet soil at the top as you would in a normal pot, now fill the water reservoir. 3.moisture is distributed through the soil as required by capillary action. 4.eazy gro plater design also provides aeration of the soil and root system 5.no need to worry while at home or on vacation, your seft watering eazy gro planter will take care of your plants for 2-4 weeks depending on condition"
what size buckets are u using? if u start a plant thats in a big pot u can just let it grow its life out there...thats better for it anyways....dont put very much soil over the seed at all if u are waiting for it to sprout through the soil...just let the moisture in the soil grow it
