Maybe you are? I don't understand your question, so I will explain. The woman is a free spirited character from a TV show, who smokes weed but doesn't do coke, because well... Then you get the joke, which is to imagine her doing coke and getting into that gross situation, (which I've heard is not uncommon when one does coke). She actually said this line in the show, so I made a meme about it. Fell flat, but it's my first meme, and I think its funny.
