I think you're conflating race and racism. Having "black" skin is the result of having more melanin due the evolutionary changes of your distant ancestors based on their proximity to the equator. The same person who took that pic was associated with a rebel islamist group in Aleppo wanting to discourage Russian airstrikes which are targeting them BUT at the same time they ended up chopping child's head off...Believe they don't really care about that kid in the pic when they wouldn't mind beheading another child similar age as him. More people are gunna die under the rule of these animals then accidental injuries and deaths from airstrikes who are targeting these people well Russia is targeting them not sure about the others. They were able to take back Palmyra the most important city and ancient site without it ISIS would of been continuing their killing spree there
