I personally haven't learned any mantras. Otherwise, not only would I share one with you, I'd also be repeating it to aid with another meditation practice.
I practice Jewish meditation, so the mantras I use are in Hebrew "Adonai hinani" (for breath work) "Shema Yisrael Hashem Elokeinu Hashem Echad" "Atah chonein l'adam da'at" "Ukh'shehaleiv, min hashirah mitmalei umishtokeik el erets yisra'el Or gadol azai nimshakh v'holeikh mikdushatah shel ha'arets alav Umeishirat ha'asavim, na'aseh nigun shel haleiv" Just some of my favorites
