im almost positive some states banned flavored wraps, papers for tobacco because they say they appeal to children. so they have to put on thier for legal herbs i guess so they get around them being for tobacco so they can sell them
it's true! blunt/cigar wraps are still legal though....what is keeping a kid from smoking a blunt more than a cigarette? idk, i mean i know that nicotine isn't a a positive thing for cardiovascular health, i know when i quit smoking (then dipping as i switched to just that for about 4-6 months) my lungs felt awesome, and when i stopped dipping i became more vascular, but i think it's a person's choice and a parent's responsibility to provide a child with the facts.
I love jucy papers. You should try skunkalicious papers. Peach recommended. But strawberry is good too. Anyone ever rolled a tulip? By the way is that handrolled?
