Possible test for court-- any advice please?

Discussion in 'Cannabis Consumption Q&A & Tips' started by Tif2018, Dec 18, 2019.

  1. I am 5'3" 120lbs. I was chronic smoker until May, sober for a few months started smoking again around July and stopped at the beginning of October. Smoked one time Nov. 17 and have been totally sober again (30 days now). I've taken the cheap dollar tree tests (cutoffs at 50) and only this week have i finally got the FAINTEST lines. I believe I should be CLEAN. I don't eat regularly so usually one meal a day and I've been drinking water these last few weeks (a few bottles a day when I used to NEVER drink water). Any advice? I'm facing a possible test in 2 days in court fighting for an inheritance left to me that I'm being denied. Judge has already ruled for executor to to explain and says I was already of age and no conditions applied to me but I'm trying to be more safe than sorry. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  2. They cannot piss you for a civil case unless it said in the fine print of the inheritance paperwork that you must abstain from drug use and theres allegations that youve been using by the other party. Civil court is way different then criminal court.

  3. It is in the will that we must remain drug free, it's my grandmother's will and my uncle is executor. I have NO criminal record and negative tests on file from my employer and doc visits. Sad part is I spent time EVERYDAY with my grandma and my uncle rarely saw her, he has a possession charge on his record a year before she passed (others as well being DUI etc) my grandma knew what I did and even tried it with me earlier the same year she passed. She had the drug stipulation in her will bc her kids and sisters used meth and that was what she was afraid of for her grandkids. Will says we receive payments per month until we reach age 25. She passed days away from my 25th birthday and uncle probated her will 5 months later, well and my birthday. Uncle asked for continuance and judge denied signing an order that i was already of age and the conditions didn't apply to me. I believe I should be clean though and just trying to be safe than sorry. Thank you so much for your reply.

  4. Sounds like you uncle is being a dick and trying to find a way to keep your money and the judge clearly sees that. If he try's to say your a drug addict ask the judge to look into his past. Also you should pass a piss test no problem

  5. Its unbelievably insane how he handled her death and he tried to force all grandkids to submit to drug test 5 days after she was buried (5months before he filed her will) and refused us a copy of her will during that meeting. The list goes on and on about things he's lied about and hid from us (her life ins policy etc) he has a son that's beneficiary so I'm sure it's got ALOT to do with his son getting a bigger share and I was the only one who started raising hell about how he was handling things. He's definitely trying to pull some bs and never thought I'd be able to pay for lawyer. Idk exactly how he was going to benefit but i know he's been very shady with everything and probably expected to slip some $$$ in his own pocket (aside from executor fees he was entitled to). Thank you so much for your response. I just picked up a different test, still a cheap test but different brand from what I've been taking. I'll update soon what these results are. Thanks again so much!

  6. So I tested and it's still the FAINTEST line. I may almost be convincing myself theres a line it's so faint but pretty sure it's there. Cutoff is 50 on this test and I tested my second trip to the bathroom this morning and tested the beginning of the stream. So I'm a little less stressed but this line is FAINT. Lol. From the order the judge signed when he denied my uncle continuance, it said i was of age and none of the conditions applied. So .

  7. Surely from testing early morning and beginning of stream, if I empty kidneys a few times before and don't test midstream it would be a darker line...?

  9. Employer and doc visits wont matter. Any shade of red is a pass. I give drug teats where i work. I personally know people who have never used drugs and passed with light red lines.

  10. Oh wow. Ok. That definitely gives me more relief. With judge signing order saying "items are outright specific bequests unconditional I any way" I'm hoping the judge is saying I'm entitled to what my grandma left me. Maybe a test won't be demanded at all. Thank you so much for everything!
