Is this outdoor? I've had bird poop on my plants that I thought was PM once, lol. As for more helpful advise, my good friend had a huge mold problem and solved it with the hydrogen peroxide and water foliar spray. I'm not sure about the dilution. I'd google a recipe. Feeding with ACT teas as a foliar spray is also supposed to be a great preventive for mold. I would remove the effected leaves, as mentioned above, and spray with one of the two things I mentioned. Or better yet, spray the peroxide mix first to kill the infection, and spray act tea the next day to put good bacteria in place that will help prevent the mold from coming back and spreading.
