Possible lung damage from a single session?

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by forcedfluids, Jun 8, 2009.

  1. I smoked for the first time a week ago,, and there's still a slightly soar throat/bronchi and a light caugh, is that normal?

The experience of inhaling smoke through a pipe was utter hell, but maybe I did something wrong there... I'd stuff the bowl with the bud, and inhale as im lighting it, so im getting good amount of smoke plus the hot air from the lighter till the lungs max out.

As for the actual high there's no regret. I was so paranoid that the weed is bad, that im not getting high because im not smoking it right, basically obsessing with that idea for about an hour and puffing all the while. the walk home was a real trip

  2. Nah, you can smoke for decades and not do much damage to your lungs.

  3. You are okay, maybe you are getting sick though. Fluids, and take vitamins.

Sounds like you were paranoid because of the bud. And that's a good thing :)

  4. You probably have a cold or something, no biggie.
    Get some rest =]

  5. Yo dont need to torch the weed the entire time. Light inhale then stop lighting when most of it looks like it is burning but keep inhaleing.
