when i went to court, i wasnt drug tested. i was given 16 hours community service and my case was dropped. i do know a friend who had to pass a drug test at court. providing he passed, he wouldnt have to be put on probation. so it is a possibility, but if its a first offense its unlikely
No she wont be tested as long as shes not on probation or anything like that. Im from ohio and got one expunged and all i had to do was write a letter pretty much just bragging about my accomplishments since i got busted and why i should have it expunged. So if she has to go see a judge its probably just the same thing only in person. Sent from my mind using the force.
