Just got my offer today and its 1 year prob. 6 months loss of license... my lawyer said we could try to win the case, which is a 50/50 and if we won everything is dropped, but if i lose then i lose my license for 2 years and probation still. So Im going to go with the loss of 6 months. I think this is a good deal, btw I got charged with 56 grams in the car, dui, and other traffic violations. It was dropped to under 50g and no dui.
Take what you got man, that's what you get for having 56 grams in the car and being intoxicated. Not to be a dick but that's just foolish.
