    Hi All,

    So, I have the medical records describing the vertebrae degeneration, numbness, pain, and subsequent surgery to put metal bar in the neck....It qualifies...

    I only have Mondays off, and want to walk into the clinic with records in hand and walk out with the proper paperwork.

    The few clinics that I called were either booked out many weeks, or didn't have office hours on Mondays.

    Any recommendations for additional clinics to call that might fit the bill.

    Searching Google DID NOT give a comprehensive list of clinics - mainly informational sites.
