I was looking around the internet for a circuit breaker built into a power strip but I heard that's not what I need and should plug the power strip into a portable circuit breaker like this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000XVG72G?pc_redir=1413711468&robot_redir=1 Has any one used these? Would I be using it it right ? Should I plug ballast directly into wall I have a 1000 watt dimmed to 50..I want to eventually take it to 100percent
