    I've smoked those before! I have a friend who is from Ontario. She made one out of a plastic bottle it worked quite well actually and I personally just didn't put any tobacco in it. It gets you ripped as fuck because of how concentrated the hoot is you light it slowly and pull till it burns out, then it POPs and you take the hoot and you are then gone to space, man.

    I have heard of poppers being an un-mentionable that gay men use before having sex.
